Greater Europe Missions, or GEM, has been around for seven decades. It was established after Bob Evans, a good friend of Billy Graham, saw so many come to Christ through Billy's crusades. He saw a need to reach these new followers so that they could grow deeper in their relationship with God and in turn become leaders in their own churches and homes. GEM began through Evans' bible colleges throughout Europe. Through time, these colleges have been handed over to local believers, but Greater Europe Mission still has it's focus on a ministry of multiplying disciples and planting churches.
